Bring your existing Bill of Quantities as it is. Columns are matched to item code, description, quantity, unit and rates; you choose the number format so 1,234.56 and 1.234,56 are never mixed up.
When you only have a text PDF or a scope description, the AI extractor turns it into line items you can edit. Every extracted row is marked "Needs Review" and shows the source text it came from.
One deterministic engine calculates every line, the summary, charts, versions and exports. Material, labor, equipment and subcontractor rates, material waste, location factor and escalation build the adjusted direct cost; tax and project additions are applied on clearly stated bases.
Change a line from square feet to square metres or cubic yards to cubic metres and the quantity and all rates are rescaled so the cost is unchanged. Conversions between different dimensions (for example area to volume) are not guessed — you are asked to correct the line.
Before you export, the review panel lists missing rates, incompatible units, possible duplicates, defaulted values and unreviewed lines, and takes you straight to the affected row. The AI commentary reads the engine’s numbers and never changes them.
PDF, Excel and CSV exports are generated from the same engine as the screen. The PDF expands with the number of line items and includes the cost build-up, charts, assumptions, calculation basis and review status; unreviewed estimates are clearly marked DRAFT.
