Privacy notice
A plain-language description of what this application stores and how it uses it. This is a factual summary of the current software behaviour, not legal advice; the operator should review it before relying on it.
What is stored
- Account data you provide when signing up: name, email and a hashed password (passwords are never stored in plain text).
- Project data you create or import: project details, line items (quantities, units, rates, percentages), settings, version snapshots, uploaded files and sharing records.
- Support requests you submit via the Support page.
- Basic usage counters for AI rate limiting.
Sign-in with Google
Google sign-in is handled through a managed OAuth provider. We receive only your name, email address and profile picture, which are stored on your account record. We do not receive or store your Google password, and we request no other Google permissions.
AI processing
When you use AI extraction or AI analysis, the text you paste or the text extracted from your uploaded document, together with your line items and totals, is sent to a third-party language-model provider (currently OpenAI-compatible models via a proxy) to produce the result. The result is always shown for your review; the AI never changes saved data on its own.
Cookies
A session cookie (be_session) keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set by the application.
Your controls
- You can delete any project you own; deletion removes its line items, settings, versions, uploads and stored source files.
- You can remove sharing at any time from the project's Sharing tab.
- For account deletion or data questions, use the Support page.
